The Riverside Community College men's soccer team clinched its first playoff appearance in school history Tuesdayby winning at Cypress, 7-0.
Carlos Tarula scored two goals and had two assists, while Javier Perdigon, Adam Kramer, Jesus Olivas, Aldo Testa and Edson Grafias each scored a goal. Guillermo Lugo and Andres Guzman split time at goaltender, each making three saves.
Pairing for the playoffs will be announced Thursday morning. RCC (7-3-2 conference, 11-3-6 overall) will play either Friday or Saturday.

The Master's 88, Cal Baptist 59 -- Lesley DuBois scored 24 points as The Master's College defeated visiting California Baptist University in the season opener for both teams. Willy Busken and Dawn Cason each had 13 points to lead the Lancers.
